The power of touch has been known to ease the mind, calm the spirit and heal the heart.

After 5 working days, one of the most relaxing activities for me is when I remove my shoes, prop my legs on a stool and indulge in a foot massage or reflexology session.  Taking time off for a foot trip is one way of my de-stressing.  So thankful that there’s a lot os spa ,foot massage parlors and therapists as of now who especialized in this field and offer their services to the public.  One of my favorite is the THAI FOOT MASSAGE.

THAI MASSAGE is a massage of the hands, legs and feet that originated in Thailand about 2000 years ago.  It begins with a soaking and washing of the feet, followed by the application of oil to the soles of the feet and a gentle pressure by the therapist to target key reflexology points on the sole which correspond to certain organs in the body.  The therapist here use mostly the thumb and forefinger in knotting those pressure points in your feet.  They also use a woodenstick to further stimulate those critical points which, when opened, let the energies in your body flow freely.

If you want to experience de-stressing, release all that stress locked in the soles of your feet try to have some THAI MASSAGE.  Regular sessions are supposed to improve circulation in the hands and legs.  Stimulate lymphatic drainage and remove toxins.  It also boosts the immune sysytem and reduces stiffness in the hands, feet and legs.
